actually hissing sound is not a big problem, at least not like the note 7.

Just called UPS asking for self collect. Unfortunately can't bcs they said it going to be deliver by tomorrow and our iPhones come with pallet 🙃🙃

I think it's called Break Bulk ... not pallet ... basically it means multiple iPhones (or possible other items) come together and thus it won't be possible to separate yours with the other boxes. That's why they need to do the sorting before passing it into the courier van to be delivered to the end customer.
