URGENT!

I found my 7plus has hissing sound and replaced with a new one from midvalley. Now when i plug in and charging, i can feel a little like static on the back of phone, quite obvious n if i turn off the plug, it's gone. (Matte black 32gb)
Anyone experiece this too? Need some advise!

Still gt a bit sound. They said wait for next ios update can it can be solved. O.o im not sure whether it is true. Btw this replaced one i feel a bit static shock when charging, rubbing my hand at the back of hp.

Ya... so bored of driving to KL n queue for the service. $ n time consuming...

Somehow i realised alot 7+ matte black has the problem of vibrate when charging.. even display unit. Other colour no prob at all

I know but it really happens... even mine also hav the prob. I went to few outlet checkout, they are the same..

U can try rubbing the back of ur hp while charging. Abit like vibrate or static feel

Then much relieved if that is no big deal. Afraid of static or any radiation hahaha

So i7+ that found hissing problem in midvalley service centre will be replaced with new unit, or refurbish one? I will be regret if it is not new.. refurbish unit izit not good ones?

Haih... they told me thats new unit. And they also said they never repair hp and only replace new one. Lack of originality ald...

About the refurbish from service center, those refurbish phone are like a new one right? They won't give hp with scratches right... haha

Ohh so the battery n casing will be new loh? And won't hav any sign marked or left by the ex-user right?

I see.. a bit regret if they replace me an used unit. Without changing battery n case. Like using 2nd hand phone..
