As user negligence shown in this case oso, he ignore samsung warning to power off device and charging using s3 or s5 charger. Hopefully sme still willing to ccompensate as per his request for cleaning up his car fee and etc.

For people who calling my name, making fun of me and wondering why I stop posting news. It's because I want to stop as I am tired. The news are keep coming in and it would never end. I believe other people will share soon or later. As simple as that. Some people calling me a hater? a troll? LOL. Saying that I don't have a Samsung phone? Nah. I am Note series fan and I own a Note 5. I am proudly to say I am a Samsung fag. I know some people in here hate me because I shared most of the bad news in here. But tell me. Is there any good news to be shared since the Note 7 exploded for the 1st time? If there was, please do share. You guys are frustrated because of those bad news, so you also hate the people who shared the bad news as well. No need to deny. That's the fact. So why not just tell TS, or any mods, come to this thread, and put an order or rule and tell people stop sharing news? Want to flamebait me? Please, don't waste your time. If you don't like it, just call a mod asap and ask him/her to judge. If I am guilty as charged, I am willing to repect the mod's decision. Period.

Anyway, news or no news, things will still happen if it meant to be happened. That's all I want to say.

Some people really don't know about it as they don't follow the news. It's true. Having a high end luxury phone doesn't neccesary mean that the owner is a tech savvy. But it's also possible that the owner was lying. He still continue to use the phone after he knew about Samsung's announcement.

I have a flight tomoroe, AirAsia. Recently few minutes back AirAsia announced total ban of note 7 on board.... Error...

Your observation is correct. The older chargers are of lower amp, more so if it is a car charger( complaint was charging in his car). Phone charging through car charger usually results in irregular charge voltage passing through to your phones, which could affect battery life and usage . While we do not know what charger was being used by the complaint, it should never result in the Note 7 catching fire.
I guess the best and most reasonable action would be to power down your devices ASAP and send it in for a refund. To continue using the phone would be at your own risk and I would strongly suggest against it. Though sad with mixed emotions, I would be powering down my unit and return it asap.

If only you were actually abide to it though. This is your gimmick. No explosion news, no post. Just like a dead fish without water.

just spent 2 hours to configure things in my old phone

rooting, flashing recovery and placing the apps exactly the same with my Note 7..

AirAsia started imposing ban on note 7 where's you won't be able to board the flight if u are carrying one. This is getting serious...[attachmentid=7786644]

if he can have the time to pre-order a Note 7, he would have time to at least get into the news? the entire fiasco isn't happening few days ago...it started like for weeks...if you tell me this guy totally got no access to news or social media for few weeks...sry la...i dun believe at all :/

The best is infinite ignore them. Can't do any of they not listen and though spreading those news is hater. They never learn and never know what is precaution, nothing can do.
