i just buy p9 plus to replace my note 7..tired already in 2 months 3 times changed phone and need setting everything.....

c.      If you have bought extended warranty with your Note 7, we will transfer it for you, balanced will be refunded to you.

dont think so...refund just for accs u buy from official store@partner only..if other seller,mayba can try ask refund from the seller if can..

5. Any original Samsung accessories for Galaxy Note7 purchased from Samsung Experience Store and Participating Retail Partners can be returned for a refund at place of purchase with proof of purchase.

Spigen not original samsung accs..so i dont think can refund....
