I am glad the architect comes up with fresh idea. e.g. the houses arrangement in relative to the big park make the neighbourhood very nice....not like the typical taman houses where we have rows and rows of houses that back to each other :-)
I am sure it looks great when the park is completed.

If u r referring to the backlane, I am quite sure it will be grass. I have been told by 2 different SA.

big big park use for excercise lor. There will be kids playground, basketball court and excercise area in the park right?
alot of time the big lawn can be use for party, kenduri in the neighbourhood hehehe

haha..I am not sure why everyone is obsesses with back lane nowadays.
Tropicana did not market their home primarily based on back lane (except certain neighbourhoods in Tropicana Aman e.g. Cheria Type A which I think is one of the nicest neighbourhood with big, wide and lush backlane in Klang Valley)
Did Tropicana promise a lot for TH back lane?
As far as I remember, they promise a big park (biggest park in Kajang) for TH..which from I can see ...they did a good job.

My friend who bought EM saw the photos posted on this forum.

Then he peeked into this thread and say why TH can have a back lane that's above selling expectations while EW punya promise moon and sea but so far macam far from expectations

Hope they don't over promise la. Suddenly give grass zzz.. just give cement pls

haha .. not bosesses lah ... just kepochi only lah , from video promotion to parkfield brochure , TH never leak any appearance of their backlane lah . v understand also . so as i said anything is bonus lah . if they give us grass , then just make sure got ppl manage it properly lor ... else really headache as @mthc concern also

Other wise we will have Tropicana Lorong saga in a few years.
I keep photos and will compare how the backlane/linear garden will turn out for Cheria lol

None of Trop's project will incorporate an affordable housing within their build up.

They'll probably have it outside their development instead.

Like in Tropicana Aman, I was specifically told that they'll build the affordable housing outside if they were asked to do so.
