Not sensitive la. EcoWorld still new. Still in learning curve. Give them some time to catch up other reputable developer like tropicana.

errm .. Parkfield never treat backlane as one of their selling point neither .. so anything better than tar road is consider bonus d . mayb tropicana too clever do not show any illustration of the backlane which they foresee the outcome may same to cradleton buyer haha

its time to reveal the mystery now. if tropicana never promote their backlane and yet came out better thn cradleton, then its a big bonus. thn very sorry to cradleton buyers.

Are u serious backlane gonna be grass instead of those clay/tar road? Who is gonna maintain it if it's grass? Grass can grow one lehhhh lol.. It was never Parkfield selling point. Honestly they didn't sell any uniqueness in Parkfield. The were heavily promoting their main park only. Which some what turns out to be looking the same as the broucher.
