It is indeed serious business.
People put their life savings thinking they gonna get a nice backyard based on the artist impression photo shown but turn out totally different.
I dont believe Tropicana will mislead us. They typically under promise and over deliver.
If we really end up being mislead by Tropicana...we are collecting all buyers and owners in a fb group now and will negotiate with the developer as a group.
It is better to negotiate as a group than as an individual.

Was at Kajang earlier so stopped by my favourite landed project for a bit.

coming soon liao .. no worry , atleast can see the KTM station is progressing . but based on the photo it seem like KTM+mall together ... (not the mega mall on the side) .. so dont know the mall will be built as promise or not

siap dont dare to dream haha .. should think of bila reveal the plan better ... this year condo launch , hope bungalow launch also lor ... then next year marketplace ... my guess lah .. i dont have crystal ball

I went to the semi D at Ridgefield earlier to kepoh.

If only I have the extra cash, I'd sapu this semi D in a heartbeat laugh.gif

I thought the man cave was cool but the semi D exceed my expectations.

yes. the semiD does look great.
Nice internal floor plan design and good home placement within the neighbourhood backing to the green.
At >3900sqft it is big and should be a good size for a family of 4 or more. How much are they selling the semiD? (before and after discount)

$1.9 million for a >3900sqft semiD and neighbourhood designed by one of the best architect in the country is not bad.
Unfortunately, I need to be close to the west side of Klang Valley (PJ, Subang,Damansara, Klang) instead of east side of Klang Valley (Kajang, Cheras) e.g. close to family, friends, work etc.
Hope Tropicana can bring this type of design e.g. double volume, high ceiling to future phases of their semiD in Tropicana Aman.

WALAO... Ridgefield is gonna look like a bomb since we never expected Parkfield to look good at all. Really wey.. things here keep getting better only. I believe the retails gonna look really good as it's facing the park and all. 250 acres is easy to plan, deliver and maintained.. this is what I have said before one year ago.

If they were to bring it to TA, the pricing would be even more than 1.9 laugh.gif

The double volume & Ceiling is really a neat touch. Esp with the hidden rooms that's installed, it makes you wonder how far one can renovate the interior.

haha..1.9million for a freehold contemporary style semiD with >3900sqft backing a linear park is not a bad value for those that buy for own stay and have 2-3 kids.
In certain neighbourhood/places like Damansara, PJ or DesaParkCity,.....$1.9 million can buy us a DSL or a superlink DSL only haha.

Tropicana has future launches of semiDs and bungalows planned in Tropicana Aman after Cheria.
Let's see what they come up with and their pricing etc.

After Sinaria, TA's gonna launch the next Semi D phase... not too late to book another unit!

Not sure when's the time line for the Bungalow launch opposite of Cheria though, but I hope its not too long wait... cause Its gonna suck if they VP Cheria while beside (2nd SemiD launch) and opposite (Bungalow) is still under construction... the dust..

Originally they are suppose to plan some low cost housing at the top of TA area, after the HTC, but recently the SA mentioned its cancelled, and they will acquire another piece of land for the low cost housing, not in the TA's masterplan any longer.
