I got show her the EM thread. She also a bit skeptical already. So fast change perception. Ish ish.. laugh.gif

But need to be fair to EW also lor. They spent a long time to get the sales gallery or show unit up nicely and the landscaping also take time to grow. Should give more time for the trees and grass to grow only give criticism for actual unit surrounding.

TH need to be consistent if want to stay competitive. And thanks to you also for the strong poison. Lol. How is your loan application?

I did not fly down from Bangi before so I am not really 100% sure about the road. Hopefully they will improve it as it goes.

My only concern is the road leading to TH ( Jalan Reko if I am not mistaken ). It's looks terrible currently.

Yalor. I also didn't expect her to switch so fast laugh.gif . She was adamant with Mellowood and all their offerings. After a long thought only decided to go with TH. Man cave not her priority tho. Haha.

880k!!! That is quite alright plus you get much bigger build up as compared to Parkfield. Some more got Garden and facing the park!!

Bro. The free water heater is the ugliest thing in the world. Parkfield toilets have them too.

I want if full flexi. Later I try to approach HLB.

Mancave last year 31/12/2016 was 860k.

Stamp Duty for MOT & Loan Stamp duty not covered. Sendiri makan when VP for MOT / Loan approval.

The free heater, I want to tell them don't install and let me sell out zzz.

Spoils the whole house's image.

Exactly my thought when I saw it laugh.gif maybe dismantle it and sell it second-hand to fund for solar heating. if they allow it to be installed sweat.gif

full flexi normally Mbb will offer. Not too sure about HLB tho.

Wah.. they increase price! damn it!!

The stamp duties alone will hike the price closer to 900k. Sigh..

Strata does not allow extensive renovations. But adding a solar panel should not be a significant issue unless it affects the entire structure/etc.

Best to inquire directly with the developer for the matter for a clearer, final answer.
