i suggest you visit more EM like wat i did    , when u get used to EM wow factor and compare again .. outcome will be different .. like me , bit no rasa for the wow factor d and back to real world (practicality)

You will not be buying the showhouse/sales gallery....

And the more generous the food, the sales gallery, the entire marketing budget.... means... at the end the buyer's the one paying for it via the house price... 

Edit : I also considered long and hard between EcoSanctuary vs Tropicana Aman cause they both fall under my budget, luckily my house nearby I visited the sales gallery multiple times. At the end of the day I choose the one I feel is value for money, means I get more the money I'm spending..
