PPL Kuala Lumpur = Pos Laju Tun Sambathan? No tracking number also can take?

So many people that I know receive this kind of sms (including me). Sort of like Maybank want us the card holder to pick up our card by ourselves instead of being delivered to our address.

Can they just ask PosLaju to drop the card in our letter box. My Cherry Debit card was drop by PosLaju last week. Ok what. But CC cant?

Ya, me too.. I call up and asked mbb to ask poslaju to do mail drop for 2nd attempt. Finally received my card ytd via mail drop. Received the SMS on 27 Oct..

The one that irritates me is, there's no 'unsuccessful delivery notice' given. That mean, pos laju people never come.

I also don't receive any sorry note from Poslaju.. I receive the SMS from Mbb. So I call mbb to check and ask them to reattempt delivery.. N I also get my poslaju tracking number from MBB.. If u prefer to collect urself, then u can get the tracking number from MBB and go to collect at poslaju..

until i tweeted @MyMaybank on 1 Nov... the CS called me and asked me to check mail box...

and i check my mailbox, all my MBB CC cards inside!

checked the date it was posted 22 Oct... then a stamped to drop off in mail box on 1 Nov if no collection...

i was like WTF

Haih, Maybank shouldn't use 'lazy' Pos Laju as their delivery mechanism. Troublesome.

So many time Pos Laju didn't come to deliver many things at my address. Just change the status from out for delivery to unsuccessful delivery just like that.

I guess Pos Laju got too many cards to deliver... so they just put it in the collection center and ask the customer to collect it themselves.

They are making easy money out of this card replacement activities. Not delivering, saves cost, client have to pick up.

Hi the GSC RM10 saturday amex. when we purchase from website, the amount will automatically change to RM10?

meh, my new card was delivered by Pos Laju, but no one was home and there was no notification to pickup from the counter either, and then it got send back to Maybank.

i only found out about it when I call maybank to ask, and then only they told me about this. no SMS no nothing to inform me.

so I asked for a mail drop.

Never try using other phones to activate before, however once it is activated, I supposed it will send the activation successful SMS to the registered no.

Hi guys, may I ask something about the weekend 5% amex promo. I wanted to buy something online but the website doesn't offer amex as a payment option. So, since I've hit the RM500 minimum spend. If I use my mastercard instead of my amex to purchase something online today on saturday, will it still counted for the cashback? but i highly doubt so..pls advice. Thanks!

I think they'll send the activation code (ala TAC) to the registered phone. And then you need to key it in. (Maybe la, I not yet get my card)
