havent receive any sms, phone call or poslaju notice yet.
about the new pin enabled card.

called the cs, cannot even get the card at their card centre,
must wait they send.

simply send by post, open to abuse, no?

luggage damage normally can claim from the airline.
but must do it on the spot at the airport when your luggage is found to be damage.

did it once with aasia.
luggage got crack after collect,
then go to luggage claim there, fill in form,
they put some stickers and took photo,

after a week or so,
receive a letter to get a new similar luggage type at their appointed luggage shop
went and get a new one

if your luggage is those expensive type live LV or Hermes,
then I dunno.

immediately after collecting the luggage relaize got crack.
go to luggage counter and fill some forms, they took pictures.

they send me a letter a week later.
compensation rm20o or replace a similar size luggage at their agent.
i choose the latter.
