I just got my new gold maybank2card to replace old one which near it expiry. Then when I used it for 1st time yesterday, the caahier did ask me whether I got PIN or not and I said no because the banker didnt tell me anything so the cashier ask me to sign at back of the card. So go back home and do some reasing and found put PIN is actually more secure.

So now what I need to do to get the PIN feature?

check your letter..inside the letter got pin and pay logo?
if yes then it is pin and pay card and you could set the pin in m2u.

if there is no pin and pay logo, then you need to wait bank to send you new card again

Just received the new Pin Card for Amex and MasterCard

Amex Card dun have pay wave function i am totally glad
gonna keep the mastercard inside the freezer as usual

Just swipe the Amex at Tesco and the machine did prompt to enter pin, however the cashier just pressed some button to bypass pin and ask for signature..

Guess the pin haven't mandatory enforce yet until next July 2017.

Yeh, happened to me a few times. Cashier ask me first if I want to PIN or sign.

She even didn't ask, just bypass it and ask me to sign.
Let's see if my next visit to petrol pump will prompt out the pin request or not

jz realized mbb ccard travel insurance doesn't cover luggage damage..

luggage damage normally can claim from the airline.
but must do it on the spot at the airport when your luggage is found to be damage.

did it once with aasia.
luggage got crack after collect,
then go to luggage claim there, fill in form,
they put some stickers and took photo,

after a week or so,
receive a letter to get a new similar luggage type at their appointed luggage shop
went and get a new one

if your luggage is those expensive type live LV or Hermes,
then I dunno.

i choose to use visa paywave.... skip both...
