Finally just depleted the stupid VoIP addon for my BB100 package after blasting 6hour gameplay videos on Youtube for more than 24hours on multiple pcs & devices trolololol!
now speed is back to normal like it should be: My speedtest 9mbps dl 11mbps ul. Youtube 480p loading very very fast, 1080p loads also fast. F**k yeah! Now me & @rgchai confirm that if you buy the stupid VoIP addon, Digi will throttle your speed to mere 300kbps! i guess i have to use Digi prepaid or other cheaper,cost effective telco to do Facetime/Whatsapp call with my friends? DiGi postpaid with free weekend 4G LTE data also cant make VOIP calls during weekend if connected to LTE and consume Free LTE weekend data.
To bypass this you'll need to set your phone using 3G data.. I think there's bug in DiGi system quota usage settigs.. |

I just register digi broadband 60 this evening.. But now only notice that my whatsapp wont deliver or receiving any massage.. Same goes to my coc n clash royale.. They dont even connect to network.. Anybody have solution..? Already call digi customer service but only got report number n will be contact by technical dept in next 24hour..

New user here, just wanted to know if the Smart Plan 48 is available for the Samsung GS7E. Digi's website says that the plan is only available for J3, but my friend switched to an iPhone SE with Smart Plan 48, so I'm wondering if anyone here knows whether the plan is available for the S7 or not?

This morning I want to check the data quota remaining balance, keep unable check remaining data balance by *200*1*1#.
And I try to check from DiGi Online Selfcare... This is what I see from this screenshot as below:-

They adding some daily promo addon into system.. System have been down since 12am and is up now.

Just noticed the Post Paid Plan on the web site for 110 option now has increase to 25GB any day plus Unlimited weekend.
Anyone know when Digi will update existing user with 110 plan to new quota? Attached thumbnail(s)
