That's just typical Digi customer service when it comes to getting back to customer. You could ask them a simple question on emails, Digi forum or social media and half the time u get no reply. The other half? at least 24 hours, days to week. 2-3 days is the norm. They are just a freaking loser in customer service. My experience with Maxis is another story, always within an hour, sometime minutes.

Erm, depends on location, My testing result so far.

Puchong - bandar puteri bank areas bad, the rest all good @4G.
Sri petaling - All good @ 4G
Subang jaya - All good @ 4G except certain areas within malay village
PJ - All good @ 4G
Damansara - All good @ 4G
Ipoh main town - 4G manyak bagus
Penang - 4G only within penang bridge and georgetown certain areas, experience is terrible - signals on and off
JB town - 4G @ skudai, other areas havent test out

Digi signal is overall bad in the toilet areas, so if you wanna poop while using your phone, definitely digi is not for u lol 

There's this Digi Smartplan RM28 which comes with 3GB data, 100 mins free call/sms but I can't seem to find more info on Digi website. My siblings have just ported in from Maxis for this offer

Also since when the Digi 50 plan (5+5GB plan) is on promo @ only RM40/mth

After Free 100GB Data all out, got notification that my free weekend is kaput and it starts eating up my free 1GB/7Day data.
Well, sorry folks, there's NO unlimited weekend the way it looks. I will shoot Digi WTF question why am i being scammed on a this promo plan... but don't expect the worst Telco customer service to reply anytime soon...

Digi28 for backup internet and good reception at my kampung, dual sim together with (Main) Celcomfirst38 3GB.

So today realize digi28>celcom38 if both give 3GB😅

mine just port out from 110 to webe, before porting out the digi op called me why i port out ,  i insist want to port out then u know what, the offer me different price for this plan

wave 2 months bills and deduct something like i no need to pay 110 anymore, just pay 100 LOL

im still thinking to resubscribe the plan , u guys know when the offer ends?
