5. Best to surrender all freebies to ensure hassle free refund
6. If you have lost some of the freebies, it should be ok

a friend, during the firs recall, opted for a refund, did not return the free gifts, claiming sudah bagi orng. 2-3 times the Samsung centre tanya, same reason give. Somehow eventually they just refunded everything without getting back the free gifts. True story bro..

Nexus 6P is definitely no. It has outdated specs and I dont want overheating SD810...
Better go for HTC Pixel phones this year.

Is that even a discount compared to actual selling price at Samsung store?

Samsung gives us unnecessary worry, endanger us and the lives around us, risk our limbs and ass getting burn, inconvenience of sending back the Note 7, and unwarranted stress when dealing with them and their partners CS.

We did Samsung a big favour by taking out the accessories, elsewhere only the box and phones are required to return in, yet Samsung Malaysia and their partners miscommunication caused so much confusion and made a whole mess about it. In the end, they just need the phone and box to be send back to factory to be destroyed, and we helped lighten the burden. Now in USA, Samsung send owners a box with clear instructions of only phone is to be placed in there.

In my humble opinion, full refund nor exchange to S7 is not enough to compensate all these unneeded of owning a phone, Samsung basically f* up Note 7. I strongly believes Samsung should provide S7 as interim and free S8/Note8 replacement next year.

Would rather go for s7 or s7e than nexus 6p
