but still i try "forgot login" using web and app, in both, i tried using credit card first, then failed, i called customer service after failed in both method (web and app) to reset login using credit card
then from customer service, the staff informed me that no issue or block for my m2u account, only got wrong password (no block after 3 times wrong password)
next i try using debit card in web to reset login, then in the webpage for key-in new password, the password policy now include special character (all this while there is no special character for m2u login password)
then reset successful, end of story...
for sure not key-in wrong password issue, cause i even write my password in notepad when 1st and 2nd attempt failed
