just sharing my experience in this morning...
as usual, want to login to m2u, then for no reason, the system keep poping error msg invalid username/password.
i even try login for 3 times, normally in normal circumstances, my account will be blocked...

but still i try "forgot login" using web and app, in both, i tried using credit card first, then failed, i called customer service after failed in both method (web and app) to reset login using credit card
then from customer service, the staff informed me that no issue or block for my m2u account, only got wrong password (no block after 3 times wrong password)

next i try using debit card in web to reset login, then in the webpage for key-in new password, the password policy now include special character (all this while there is no special character for m2u login password)
then reset successful, end of story...

for sure not key-in wrong password issue, cause i even write my password in notepad when 1st and 2nd attempt failed

I had the exact same experience. fkinng stupid maybank, changing our password without our concerns. mtfker that is happening when i doing my transaction half way

If I remember correctly there were 10% cashback for May/August, but haven't been using this card for quite some time.
Usually purchase gadgets during May/Aug : )

No more 10% CB, already revised to just 1% now.

Just read through the updated card details, seems like not much interesting benefits.

No reason for me so I have cancelled it before SST kicks in.

Still can get 1 % for insurance transaction.

There are other cards that offer better CB for this purpose nowadays.

In order to offset SST of RM25, which means need to spend RM2,500 (1% cashback).

Finally I went on to remove this card from my m2u credit card register

i keep this card because occasional 1% does help with big ticket item. and usually for me it's my annual insurance payment. but me and my spouse, one cancel, one keep. this way more efficient lo

agreed.keep 1 just for its credit facility.

me too, i only keep more than one for pbb and scb, and i believe scb might reduce to one eventually unless they keep subsidies sst.

Can I know which other cards you meant ?
Especially for insurance transactions with cash backs.

if you have large amount to pay for insurance...this card is still useful...can easily cover back the RM25 sst and get more cashback...
