Coincidence only. If you didn't go to see cashier, you would get the 2nd transaction as well.
1st one was pre-auth transaction and it won't be posted.
After you pump petrol, the actual amount was charged and would be posted.

First time getting 2 sms - 1 with the pre-aut 200 and 1 with the actual value.

Improved now, no need to wait for another day for adjustment.

But for a no headache card, barcelona is an ok choice. 1% cash rebate on most spending and no annual fee to worry about. Temporary there is 0% ezypay promotion by maybank but it's on campaign basis.
