If before 6 months, should be an appeal letter/email rather than just reapply, that one I would say is sure fail.

I got my PBB Visa Sig by appeal after initial reject, for e.g.

I just called their CS. No chance already, I would say. The system doesn't state any reason why it gets rejected. He asked me to write in if I wished to know the reason or wait for 6 months before reapply.

Last resort is to walk-in.

maybe you can try to resubmit again...last time I apply for maybank ikhwan thru online then after 15min received sms saying was reject...then I try to apply maybank visa signature then within 15min I received a sms saying was approved ...I was like , document submit same..

yeah you can call mbb to track the package. for my case i waited for two weeks and got to know my package got sent back to pos laju office due to unsuccessful delivery attempt

if i didnt call mbb to track mine, i will never receive my card, poslaju didnt even drop a notification to inform
in the online mbb card application form, i opted to deliver to my office, end up mbb send to my home, the mbb staff really

Still ok what. In comparison, hsbc sent my card to my old office address even when I filled up new address for the application form (I did have hsbc card long long time ago). Luckily boss rented it out and they called us to inform. Also fortunate is 2km away only.

If your application gets rejected online.. just straight apply via email... no need to wait 6 months... I did that and got my card approved ..

The same happened to my Visa Signature about 2 years ago. Now again, happened for my Barcelona. The poslaju also never dropped a delivery note though it stated in the poslaju tracking website.
My was lucky as I knew it may happen again so I made phone call to track my delivery package. I did complain for my Visa Signature to MBB via phone but seems they just did not care. Getting worst the phone service, it is no longer like the time when the MBB 2 Cards Amex+Visa/Master was first introduced.

Anyhow, i applied online on Sunday, then received sms approved on the next day Mon. Then they poslaju on Tue. Luckily, i did phone in a few days later after Sunday but the staff could not give me tracking number though it has been courier!!! 6 days later after Poslaju first delivery failed, i remembered to phone in again and that time I was provided the poslaju tracking number and it was the last day before they return the package to MBB. I was able to collect from Poslaju on the last day. Now Poslaju ahs changed from 14 days to 7 days for keeping our package.

MBB increased my CL 6x.xx% to combine with my Visa Signature. I was surprise MBB increase so much and it was just about 2-3 month later CIMB increased my CL also about 6x.xx%. Guess submittted my EA form high chances of approval.

As I know, if delivery failed after certain period, should be 7 days, Poslaju will perform mail drop as well per SOP

Similar experience from Pos Laju - never attempt to deliver, didn't leave any notice. Had to call MBB to find out the tracking numbers
