Just collected my Pin & Pay replacement card from Poslaju. Today is the last day Poslaju will keep before return back to MBB.

Suggest those if see "Pending New Card Activation" at online account give a phone call to MBB if card has been courier and to which address.
Poslaju never left a note in house post box, so no idea Poslaju was attempting to deliver.
Luckily, I phoned to MBB and checked this morning after back from field assignments.

the above also same happened to my corporate Amex credit card last month after back from field assignment. Again, luckily, I was able to collect it before Poslaju return it to MBB.

I agreed with you when i received my Citibank last year, 2-3 times CL of Maybank CC. With additional advanced withdrawal limit also which i don't use. Citibank the most generous besides CIMB.

have been using Paywave and Paypass since Jan 2016, just not many merchants got this type of contactless terminal...

that is the thing. when i applied that time saw it in the webpage stated min RM100k. after weeks or months usage (can't really recall), then it became RM70k...

i did not spend more than RM50k per annual but able to get 2nd year waived. it was MBB mistake and the staff apologized and i made my stand clear and firm.
spoke with MBB staff via phone and i was reminded before they charge the AF for my 3rd year, i must cancel it. anyhow, I still have Ikhwan and CIMB rebate.

after this MBB VS cancel, i will go for CIMB Visa Infinite as got 0.5% local & 1% overseas cashback.

The same happened to my Visa Signature about 2 years ago. Now again, happened for my Barcelona. The poslaju also never dropped a delivery note though it stated in the poslaju tracking website.
My was lucky as I knew it may happen again so I made phone call to track my delivery package. I did complain for my Visa Signature to MBB via phone but seems they just did not care. Getting worst the phone service, it is no longer like the time when the MBB 2 Cards Amex+Visa/Master was first introduced.

Anyhow, i applied online on Sunday, then received sms approved on the next day Mon. Then they poslaju on Tue. Luckily, i did phone in a few days later after Sunday but the staff could not give me tracking number though it has been courier!!! 6 days later after Poslaju first delivery failed, i remembered to phone in again and that time I was provided the poslaju tracking number and it was the last day before they return the package to MBB. I was able to collect from Poslaju on the last day. Now Poslaju ahs changed from 14 days to 7 days for keeping our package.

MBB increased my CL 6x.xx% to combine with my Visa Signature. I was surprise MBB increase so much and it was just about 2-3 month later CIMB increased my CL also about 6x.xx%. Guess submittted my EA form high chances of approval.

Suggest to follow up and phone back to force them to provide u the tracking number. I highly believe they do not communicate well internally. For my case, when I had the tracking number from them when I proactively phone MBB, the poslaju already attempted delivery and worst poslaju did not leave Sorry Note in my mail box. Luckily, i still manage to track online immediately when receive the tracking number. I think it was the 7th day when I had the tracking number. Luckily, the poslaju open till 7 or 8pm (cannot recall exact time), so i was stilll able to collect before they return it to MBB.
In short, I highly believe poor communication of MBB internally. This was not the first time I have such experience. My Visa Signature also the same about 2 years ago.

You guys aware how idiots and inefficient it is some of the people work in this bank. I have had my lesson learnt many years ago when working in Singapore and stay at JB during getting my MBB AMEX and Visa...
Since then, I keep calling for follow-up after knowing my Visa Signature approved a few years ago and this Barcelona. Know the sh*tty ineeficient those staff. If not, ended up wasting time for getting replacement card. The same went for CIMB CC...
So I never gave them chance to buy time for themselves and i will force them to provide the courier tracking number.
