I just get my FCB card.

Apply on 18 OCT via Maybank2U (Trying to submit doc but keep on repeat ask me submit doc even i already submit via Chrome) , Fully Submit doc on 19 OCT (via Firefox) , 20 OCT receive SMS Approved , 23 OCT receive card.

Credit Limit been increase (as i submit full set document include salary slip )
However plan to decrease Credit Limit.

Called Maybank this afternoon to check my application, and was told that card has been sent out on Oct 16 and they was an attempt by Pos Laju to delivery the card on Oct 17 with remarks "addressee not available" while there were always people at home last Tuesday, and no notes whatsoever to inform me about this.

Tried to call local Pos Laju branch to check on the status of the shipment, the listed number on their official site is not accessible - their actual number is different from what was listed. Had to rush to their office to collect the item and asked for more details on "addressee not available" remarks - they just said they don't know since they were not the one delivery the items!

Anyway, the card is still not shown in my M2U account and I can't activate it now through M2U, will follow-up with them tomorrow on this.

Apply on very first day 10/10
Got approve sms on next day 11/10
Finally received my card today 23/10

my situation same as yours.

1st delivery attempt failed and they are lazy to even call me and ask if there's ppl around the house (which always does). they just passed through the house and "failed" the delivery that day.

next day, i called mbb cs, gotten tracking number and poslaju depot location, i was on the way to the depot to dig out the parcel, before reaching i received a call from home saying poslaju delivered a package to me, which was indeed the FCB card from maybank.

best part is: i didnt even want to delivery to house , i requested to deliver to office. been bugging my office receptionist for parcel

Ya, I have added the FCB card into Uber & Grab since 20% rebate for Standard Chartered Bank in Uber is just ended right

Found out from the parcel Pos Laju came three times and deemed no ppl at house.
But my parents were in the house all along with dog as well.

On top of it, they never update the posting status, that's why Maybank CS need some time to do the digging.
In normal situation there will be a tracking number or reference number but i assumed there is none for this case.

Drop mail don't have status to check just like a normal rm0.60 mail.. my previous WMC for Ambank also delivery lately and can't be trace.. call center they just ask to wait since there are none system to trace the drop mail ....

My Maybank fcb card was approved to my surprise
Previously they very reluctant..even Maybank 2 card also need to go to card center then only approved

When try to convert from Maybank2 card to ikhwan (during the time cash rebate change to dining only)

Then when reapply back Maybank 2 card once the benefit came back

Pos Laju should not be under Rm0.60 mail rate.
It is at least RM3.00 and above.
Therefore no matter it's drop mail or signature require it should have a reference number nonetheless.

My am visa signature use normal cheap drop mail rm0.60 delivery out at 13th Oct arrived yestersays

But mine is courier service. The envelope is all blank without posting license.
Therefore it is assigned with consignment note for Pos Laju to refer.

For your AM VS case, it's dangerous to use normal mail rate to mail out CC.
I wonder if there is any BNM regulation on this matter.

Maybank is definitely committed in protecting customer data integrity.

I was complain to Ambank also y don't use proper courtier.. but end up with nothing .
