If they don have tracking number, how they able to check the card is back to Poslaju?

They only mentioned the card is sent to certain branch.

if u know the destination branch, should call there directly.

most times ppl there forgotten or lazy to call customers to collect.

I am able to submit Supp card application for Barcelona card via M2U this afternoon.
Gotten the message Approved in Principle

But i dont have any tracking number or reference number.

just ask them if they received any cc package for your name.

last time same thing happened to me with PBB cards. i know where it got delivered, so i called the branch directly. they forgotten to call me, only dug out their packages after i called them.

Ya CS said certain branch and need to call me back after getting the info.
Until now also haven't get back to me. Need to call again later.

You cannot see the option most probably because your principle is not activated yet.

To check application status need to speak to a customer service officer? There’s no automated system whereby we key-in our NRIC right?

Submitted application since last week via email but no news about it.

I waited 5 working days (8 calendar days bcoz of Deepavali) to see my CL revised (existing cards). Then +1 day, the new card appeared at M2U and I received the sms. Still waiting for the card to be delivered.

Be patient... Application can take 14 working days as told last time

applied for the card, now waiting for it to be approved.

No news is good news... I submitted and within mins got rejection email.

My friend apply and no news for a few days but later suddenly got sms approval note ....

I also submitted via email and did not hear anything back .... But when I submit enquiry earlier to ask why rejected the customer service got reply and tell me if online application they cannot know the reason why rejected....
