How to appeal if supplementary card application got rejected? Any of you has experience?

Only IC right? Supplementary card need not a salary or bank slip.

Are the 2% and 10% on maybank FCB card applicable to all transactions but not limited to FCB merchant related ?

yalo... thats what am afraid of. FCB card ma, logically should only get discount for FCB related purchases. haha.
ok la. i will apply this card as well. if really no cash back on other tx, then only cancel la.

just applied FCB card, and was rejected within few ten minutes. not sure is it because i oredi hold mbb vs card.

yes i did. but i submitted salary slip till august only. not sure if this is the cause. but there is no link or information if i can appeal bu updating with latest doc.

how did you appeal via email?
i actually called them to get them email me the application form.

This issue exists for some time. Further on that, in my previous case, they set my office address as the default address in my MBB related accounts, after choosing office address for my card delivery.

haha. if you ask me, i will think of KL also... jalan TAR is famous in KL ma...

am in the same boat. applied online got rejected. sent via email, and no news now... after 2 days, waiting still

same with me. my application form we rejectd due to oversize. then when i send them the form i second mail, i purposely remove some portions of the form, which i think is not needed. but again, they send me email to ask for fill up the portions which i purposely cut out. total sending them 3 emails oredi. still waiting... process more than 1 weeks oredi.

am not doing any scanning. directly writing onto the pdf.

finally got my FCB card by email.
was being rejected twice via m2u. then i emailed them the application form. waited few days, received approval SMS ytd, perhaps can receive the card today.

no big deal. it is a win for upcoming months.

my other cards renewal month is falls on feb. and all my card expiry on feb.
but this card and ikhwan card is on july.

I had the same question, so I check back my January 2017 statement. I can see my annual spending for last year in that statement.

Are you an existing maybank card customer ?
fyi, the subsequent cards follow your first card renewal month from maybank. so, it normally give you more than 1 year free of fee on the subsequent cards.

Anyone has any info about my questions below? I emailed them 3 days ago, and yet to have reply from CS. I did a chat over the phone with CS too, they couldnt give me exact answers on 1, and 2.

1. My card will be renew at every Feb. May I know at what is the specified date the annual fee will be imposed?
2. Lets assume, annual fee will be charge on 27th Feb 2018. Are you counting my total spending from 28th Feb 2017 to 27th Feb 2018 for the waiver programme? Or how should it be?
3. Which amount are you calculating for the waiver programme, total debit or total statement outstanding balance ?
