The only difference between RM179 and RM199 plan is the availability of voice call plan (FREE 600 minutes). For the RM199 package, you are forced to get the voice call plan regardless of you not needing it. On the other hand, the RM179 package gives you the option of getting the voice call plan or not (add RM20). Since I don't usually make calls I don't need the voice call plan and I subscribed the RM179 package.

I'm not really sure about the RM169 package, I saw some people saying that they were offered this price by TM for selected loyal customers and it even includes the voice call plan.

For me, I encounter slow speed especially around 8:30pm until 11pm. High ping response.. Always 2 two ip address range 118 and 60.48

I think you can complain. I always get those IP ranges and also 175.

It's unlikely. When I called 100, they didn't even want to offer me the RM179 package without voice plan. I had to apply through agent.

But agent only offer RM179 without free call... Which agent can offer RM179 with free call? Can any1 share their bill that show RM179+free call? Maybe can log to SKMM and report. after that ask for this package too

No, the package that I got from agent does not have free call. I'm okay with it since we seldom use the phone to make calls. I saw someone posted that they received calls from TM to offer them RM179 with free calls. It really depends on the sales team of TM and if you're lucky you may get the package from them.
