Is it fair to customers? certain people got different price

That why it is unfair~

... then this month this price, next month different price... , register online or through agent or TM Sales & Promotiom Dept different price also, between agent also got different price... WTF... aduh... really complicated

Not fair at all! Some even got offered RM169 with voice plan! Those who want to apply at RM179 you can wait until 1 November. TM told me the price is back to RM179 for a period of time. For the package details, I'm not quite sure but it should be all the same but without voice plan (RM20). If the promo in November is better than the package I just applied for then I would file a complaint.

When did you apply for this package? But if you need the voice plan then it shouldn't matter since you would have to add RM20. How did you contact TM to change the package?

Nope, no issue with my connection.

Last week installed unifi30, I called 100, messaged their fb page, ask some agents. All said can't change.

If you don't need the RM20 Free Call Plan then you can try to make a complaint to CFM or MCMC. Explain to them about your situation and that it is not fair. Last year before the early bird promo (RM179) started, many people had already applied at RM199. They complained to CFM and MCMC and TM reduced the price to RM179 for them. You can try it, it may work

SKMM complaint is not as troublesome as the stupid Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna. Everything can be done through emails/calls. No need to go isi borang here, fotostat there, or go to 'court'. Not to mention, free of charge.

Yeah. You can make those complaints on their website. Very convenient. That's how I got TM to install new ports at my area.

I tried and got it. Been paying RM 179 since a year ago. So stop assuming and try it.
MCMC is very efficient.

But based on what? Unifi website still RM199. Otherwise got advertisement, pamphlet etc show RM179. Or we just can say dont want free call plan that worth RM20?

Authorized resellers are offering RM179 packages without voice plan from 21-31 October.

See if oscar16 can shed some lights to you guys.
Yeah, can try with TM first ask of can remove RM 20 for calls.

Dang, didn't even know this RM179 offer are out there through resellers....Went to TM point on 20 October to upgrade to 30mbps and the lady who served me didn't even tell about the RM179 offer...now I feel ripped off lol
