Not mention any about freecall. Just mention Voice IDD from RM20 with desciption "Up to 1000 minutes of FREE talk time from TM fixed lines to international fixed lines and mobiles."
*
They just updated and removed the free call. 20 minutes ago it was RM179 with free call.

want to ask. i understand unifi has 2 year contract.
say after 1 year i want to move to a different house, i assume i can apply for transfer.
but what would happen if the area i move to is not under Unifi coverage?
can i terminate or change to streamyx without penalty?

I applied through agent and got 1 month and my friend applied last year from the same agent also 1 month free. My friend is a foreigner and they managed to waive her the RM 500 deposit.

1 month rebate? But still the same as free one month from TM Online. I dont see any advantage like last time Streamyx which long ago only rebate given by agent vs TM online gave nothing.

Luckily this was after few years.
sweat.gif

The thing is , issue started on August.
Called TM, after few times of reboot equipments and reset port.
They sent tech and replaced router and modem.
Then again within a week , issue came back and they again replaced router and modem.
Then again the same.

Last was mid october, they replaced 3 times.
Again issue still there, tech came yesterday found low reading and tested till their demarc is good.
Only to know inhouse cabling issue.
Seriously like really bad , dont know how they troubleshoot stuff rclxub.gif

Well, I feel that the agent I went through was very efficient. I got my connection within 4 days, could be earlier because I chose weekend.

Oic..... good if can choose installation time in advance especially weekends. No need to take leave. Plus point for agent then.

From: xia's heart , !

Hmm, got a call from TM offering 50Mbps for RM179, but it feels very weird/dodgy.

First of all, I am an existing 5Mbps user, and TM already upgraded my Unifi to 10Mbps for free.

Now they are offering 50Mbps for RM179, but I have to subscribe/register as a new user.

Also, the 50Mbps will only kick in on 1st of January 2017, before that I will get only 30Mbps.

To get this offer, I also have to cancel my existing 5Mbps subscription by myself.

Offer ends today.

Is anyone getting a similar call ?

For those who got 28mbps download speed, what brand/model of router do u use?

If got full speed above 30mbps before and then suddenly drop to 28mbps, is it happen after change router or used the same router?

I applied through agent but don't think I'm getting one month free. I thought one month free is only for online?
