want to ask. i understand unifi has 2 year contract.
say after 1 year i want to move to a different house, i assume i can apply for transfer.
but what would happen if the area i move to is not under Unifi coverage?
can i terminate or change to streamyx without penalty?

current unifi installers are all still TM staff or 3rd party contractors (like streamyx)?

so is TM providing DIR-850L as standard router now or still mix with innacomm routers? need to depend on luck or only for unifi pro plan?

gonna subscribe to unifi in dec when i move. hope the 179 price sticks till then.

any subscribers from kuching that got DIR-850L?

anyway to check for fiber signal strength? any readings in modem?

installed unifi today. i heard the installers mentioning that the signal is not so good but blamed the reading on their faulty signal meter.

i ran speed test few times before they left, got ~27Mbps/10Mbps so I signed and let them off. should i be worried? if fiber signal no good will get lower speed/bad ping?

ping to kl server is about 29ms. to sg server is 23ms.
I'm in east malaysia btw. normal?

i think confirmed I'm in the 28 club also.
speed test so many times highest not over 29Mbps.
but ok lah, better than 4Mbps Streamyx.
