My case was, on the next day after I paid, it was updated to being shipped already meaning the item is with RunningMan already. I had dropped RunningMan an email as well (because I have no phone to use) but they did not respond at all. Since I didn't receive the item, I cannot even utilize the return item function at Orders page. Now my case is pending refund according to the helpdesk.

i receive an defect item and request to return already, now they want me to pass the item to pos laju.
so, afterward i just pass the item to postlaju? what should i tell them? do i need to pay?

FYI. 11street is between buyer and seller. The 11street itself and the CS cannot do much if the seller send wrong items / lower grade items and wont admit.
Lazada at least has a 7/14 days return policy. Anything goes wrong, can inform Lazada.
I recently have 2 situations, one 11street, one Lazada. Can see the total difference there.

Mine placed order and shipped on the same day. dont bother calling them. I called them for a week, everytime they will say they will check with Lazada on our order then no reply, same thing happens when you call them again.
