I hv sane experience - items ordered later from China arrived earlier than local items delivered by Skynet.

That's why. From your story, it seems this RunningMan is really problematic. My case was, on the next day after I paid, it was updated to being shipped already meaning the item is with RunningMan already. I had dropped RunningMan an email as well (because I have no phone to use) but they did not respond at all.

Since I didn't receive the item, I cannot even utilize the return item function at Orders page. Now my case is pending refund according to the helpdesk.

i receive an defect item and request to return already,
now they want me to pass the item to pos laju.

Go to your account create the return. Print out the return slip and attach to the parcel. Go to Poslaju ship it. Pay and keep the slip as proof, Lazada will email you for the Poslaju fee paid and reimburse you.

FYI. 11street is between buyer and seller. The 11street itself and the CS cannot do much if the seller send wrong items / lower grade items and wont admit.

Lazada at least has a 7/14 days return policy. Anything goes wrong, can inform Lazada.

I recently have 2 situations, one 11street, one Lazada. Can see the total difference there.

u have to pay for the poslaju 1st. once lazada receive ur return item, they will update via email or call.

No need pay if using lazada poslaju slip..attached during earlier shipment

ya if only u received the poslaju slip inside ur parcel then it is FOC.

weird i nv receive any lazada poslaju slip b4... i only receive Zalora return form and poslaju slip in every purchase i'v made.

Mine placed order and shipped on the same day. dont bother calling them. I called them for a week, everytime they will say they will check with Lazada on our order then no reply, same thing happens when you call them again.

yup same me too, all my Lazada orders never come with Poslaju "return slip". All my Zalora orders have.

poslaju return slip need to print after create a refund at their website.

Unlike Zalora, Lazada orders do not come with Poslaju return slip, you need to print it.
