I called lazada - they said product sold by Xiaomi distributor so definitely authentic and that qr/security code doesnt work on Mi site because warranty not from manufacturer but supplier.

Hi, all sifus. Have u ever encountered undelivered item and manage to get refund back?
I have an item which I never receive and it was marked Delivered.
I called Lazada and they say they'll refund me back but I never got an official email.
Anyone ever been in this situation?
