Go to your account create the return. Print out the return slip and attach to the parcel. Go to Poslaju ship it. Pay and keep the slip as proof, Lazada will email you for the Poslaju fee paid and reimburse you.

yup same me too, all my Lazada orders never come with Poslaju "return slip". All my Zalora orders have.

Unlike Zalora, Lazada orders do not come with Poslaju return slip, you need to print it.

Oh ok coz my printer out of service. Don't plan to print out the Online Return Form. Plan to just repack and drop it off at their warehouse.

yesterday I complaint to Lazada asking them if my parcel got stolen/missing?

Today afternoon LEX came.

What a big disappointment buying from Lazada.

30.9 - placed order - 40% voucher.
1.10 - order received but item defective
4.10 - personally drop off defective item at Lazada warehouse. Request for replacement. Not refund.
5.10 - order status shows "replacement arrange and ready to ship at seller warehouse"
6.10 - no update
7.10 - no update
8.10 - no update
9.10 - no update
10.10 - no update
11.10 - just found out replacement 'Declined'. Refund in process.

Yeah this voucher code. Valid only on Sept 30.

IIRC seller ship their stocks to LZD warehouse and ready for fulfilment once order is received. Seller no need to worry about packing and waiting for courier to pickup. But need to pay for warehousing fee.

yeah same here, I checked at bcard website, the last entry was January 2016. Feb till now ..all the Lazada purchases not registered at all in Bcard. Could it be because I use Voucher code + Shopback for those purchases?
