Those lazada voucher for telco reloads....how it works? Say I get a rm10 voucher... Can I offset against any item higher than rm10 or it is also subject to a discount % or min amount?

It just deduct rm10 from your total product price.

Oh..so means its worth for buying those cheap items that usually we don't want to waste those % voucher codes on.

Yes. But you have to pay for the shipping fee if there is any.

Some Lazada codes are minimum buy rm100 deduct rm15. Others are percentage code.

So this telco is good for something else as it does not have minimum purchase amount.

Buy rm10. Deduct rm10. Pay zero product price. Only pay shipping fee.

I have used a rm20 telco voucher for rm29.90 cable. And is free shipping. So my credit card only charge rm9.90 for the cable.

FYI. 11street is between buyer and seller. The 11street itself and the CS cannot do much if the seller send wrong items / lower grade items and wont admit.

Lazada at least has a 7/14 days return policy. Anything goes wrong, can inform Lazada.

I recently have 2 situations, one 11street, one Lazada. Can see the total difference there.

Bought 4 items on 30th Sept

Received 1 item yesterday afternoon from Gdex all good

1 more item was to be delivered by Poslaju - never arrived. checked the tracking and it mentioned unsuccessful delivery which was super weird since i was at home the whole time. Called pos laju today and she said the item actually has not been delivered its just and internal issue actually. But i can go to the pos laju office to pick it up if i want (its close to my place so makes better sense to me.)

Is there such a thing???  dry.gif  confused.gif

"Unsuccessful delivery. Please contact 1300300300. Delivery on the next working day". <== actually means they fail to put on delivery van. Not you not at home.

I have this situation before. I went to the poslaju office the next day to collect it and said no poslaju notice and no one came.

The poslaju guy said their delivery van was fully loaded yesterday, so cannot send my parcel yesterday and the parcel had been been sent today.

Returned home and found the poslaju notice.

Hi.

If I use the same credit card for two separate lazada a/c (different address, etc), would Lazada detect it as the same account?

Can advise how I should go about registering so that I can use the same voucher for few purchases? biggrin.gif

The MAIN point is voucher. Not credit card.

If different account and different address, but want to make use of same voucher (which is supposed to be one time use), better use different payment tools.
