FYI. 11street is between buyer and seller. The 11street itself and the CS cannot do much if the seller send wrong items / lower grade items and wont admit.
Lazada at least has a 7/14 days return policy. Anything goes wrong, can inform Lazada. I recently have 2 situations, one 11street, one Lazada. Can see the total difference there. |
