Hi, all sifus. Have u ever encountered undelivered item and manage to get refund back?
I have an item which I never receive and it was marked Delivered.
I called Lazada and they say they'll refund me back but I never got an official email.
Anyone ever been in this situation?

Unfortunately for my delivery, it isn't any of those SkyNet nor PosLaju. Initially it was shipped by some company "RunningMan" which is without tracking services. After I lodge my first enquiry-complaint after they missed the delivery date, it was changed to shipped by Lazada which is without a tracking number as well.

That's why. From your story, it seems this RunningMan is really problematic. My case was, on the next day after I paid, it was updated to being shipped already meaning the item is with RunningMan already. I had dropped RunningMan an email as well (because I have no phone to use) but they did not respond at all.

Since I didn't receive the item, I cannot even utilize the return item function at Orders page. Now my case is pending refund according to the helpdesk.
