S far I am asked to key in Bcard membership number only for points but not AA Big membership number.

Where to insert AA Big membership number?

I also cannot find any scratch off security code on the xiaomi earphones or the packaging.

There's a QR warranty tag though but i can't see where to scan this on mi site.

Same result "502 bad gateway".

I called lazada - they said product sold by Xiaomi distributor so definitely authentic and that qr/security code doesnt work on Mi site because warranty not from manufacturer but supplier.

i bought the harman kardon onyx 3 speaker and delivery was day after order.

Opened and used it - first day was great, 2 days later sound is flat.

I wish to return it to lazada for a replacement, is that possible and what is the procedure please?

and anybody else who bought Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 3 from Lazada

Did u have any problems with it?

mine the sound quality fall greatly by 2nd day. Asking for your experiences before i decide i want a full refund of monies or get replacement unit from LZD.

I have a studio 1 from about 2 years ago (not from lazada) and still sounds good.

i see reviews that says it sounds better but to my uneducated ears, only bass bit better.

but i wanted the option of being able to connect 2 speakers (when i got the studio 1 i always wished i could connect 2) and also the microphone.

now kaputed sounds worse than xiaomi speaker. But xiaomi speaker surprisingly v good for the about RM100 price. of course not as good as onyx studio when working properly but much smaller and good sound for size + price.
