If you have the tracking code, you can always check with Skynet themselves before go into Lazada. Sometimes, it just that the deliverymen missed out the shipment and accidentally marked it as delivered.

Unfortunately for my delivery, it isn't any of those SkyNet nor PosLaju. Initially it was shipped by some company "RunningMan" which is without tracking services. After I lodge my first enquiry-complaint after they missed the delivery date, it was changed to shipped by Lazada which is without a tracking number as well.

Sad for you. All you can do is just keep on emailing them with all the screenshots of your previous conservation with the customer service, chasing them for your refund.

Im in the same case as you. Ordered 1 Xiaomi Piston v4 and 1 JBL earphone both Shipped by Runningman. Tried calling them for a week now but they dont answer. Just requested to cancel my order.

I ordered 2 items from China the same time as well and they have arrived. Funny how Runningman ships local items slower than international. lol

Let me know if you have any updates.
