battery life still the same but i noticed one thing - series 1 price dropped from 1499 to 1299 (42mm case, sports) ?

With watchOS 3, the existing Series 1, would be good enough, probably I don't wear watch to swim & play Pokemon Go

hi all, i wanna ask, can i use the apple watch without iphone? or precisely, im a swimmer guy, interested on the new fitness apps design for swimming. can i use the watch with an android phone and go for a outdoor walk without bringing any phone?

Does the series 2 have an IP rating? It says can stand up to 50m but I can't find its IP rating

oh no, just noticed the Apple Watch Nike+ launch date is on the 28th October 2016 worldwide, but in Gemfive website shows the ETA on the 21st of October 2016, guess have to wait another week for those who have pre-ordered the Apple Watch Nike+.

Don't put too much hope on GEMFIVE
First of all order from gemfive, then cancelled coz of their unprofessional CS. Just ordered my silver 42mm woven strap watch from apple online, and the ship date will be within 27-31 Oct. Found out that all Black color watch ship date is stated as 3-4weeks. Good luck. |

I charged till 100% before going to bed Next morning already dropped to 67% 😱 Good news is that whatsapp works even though whatsapp does not have a watch app You cant simply send a whatsapp but you can reply to a Whatsapp message. There is no keyboard to type your message. You can dictate and it will convert to text for you or you could sent a preset message. you can also Scribble a message which I find the most tedious. Its not for long winded conversation. Another good thing, I can control my LIFX light bulbs using the Watch. Its not a full function app. Needs to put certain things and saved them as Favorites then you can control the Favorites To me, the killer function of AW is the messaging and voice call. Plus the physical health thing which most people buy it for I guess. No charger is included in my Series 1 Now I want to look for a dock that can accommodate both iPhone and Watch and must be using a single charging cable. No need to dictate, you could use scribble. Sometimes badly written app stuck at the background causing drop of battery, otherwise battery won't drop so much overnight. |

I've ordered the space grey s2 with black woven nylon.. ordered from gemfive (rm15++) after searching for it in Melaka n KL no stock.. most said will restock in 1/2 weeks.. so since i'll be waiting for 1/2 weeks, better buy with gemfive with the treats12 cupon..

I was trying to purchase the apple watch series 2 on 21st of Oct and i've been informed that my 1st transaction showed unsuccessful ( through credit card ). I was then paying the amount using online banking and the transaction showed successful. Anyway , i just checked my account today and found that there were 2 order numbers in MY ORDERS . .........=.= ...already emailed them this issue and hopefully they will cancel 1 of it .

By the way, I was surfing online and apparently there's a car charger for Apple Watch on Amazon. It even has an extra USB port so you can charge your iPhone.

GEM5 customer service told me that the delivery by merchant around second week of november.. if there is any chance they have it earlier, they inform me and ship it out early..

it seems like aw2 most of the shop carry very limited stocks. 1 or 2 units hence mostly sold out. do you think they will replenished?

Walaooo!!! so happy to see so many ppl discuss about AW2 here, especially the majority of you bought it in Gemfive. For me, I bought it on 23rd October, the current status is acknowledged. As ppl said before, any cancellation will be charged 2% admin fee. The only thing we can do is wait.
PS: I am from China, I highly recommend you don't buy some tempered glass online, it looks so cheap, hope you guys will choose full-screen or simply just don't put any protectors. |

IMHO, it's ugly to stick a screen protector on it. Just use it carefully, mine without screen protector was still pristine after 1 year. |

Guess still have to wait. fruitler ordered nike+ too? well guess have to wait. Buying from the Apple store also need to wait for 3-4 weeks. went to machines MV, gardens, Switch in the mines, leisure mall...semua xada i tot iphone 7 ada high demand, but why apple watch ah? somemore not even a single colour available  guys anyone know where to get my hands on the series 2 42mm black? or else need to wait till next week.. went to sunway to apply the clear coat at mobile outfitter.
below are the sample photo of it. the corner seem dont stick well but since got warranty for it. if it peel off i will send back  the price for front part is rm100 while front and behind is rm120. so i do both instead of one part. Bought the nike+ edition today. They only come in 4, which is 1x black/volt, 1x black/grey of 42 and 38mm of each units damn lucky able to secure the black/volt 42mm version

I prefer it to be bare. Wearing series 1. Bought last 2 weeks. Considering series 2 but not much different. As one forumer here said it is best for it to be bare and let it to be scratches to show it characteristics

Last weekend went back hometown. Felt so troublesome to charge the watch every now and then. At home no problem. Next trip will just wear normal watch perhaps for trips. But i surely miss on the all usability that the apple watch gave.
Any third party charger for this beauty? like the qi type charger perhaps? |

normally i charged mine with power bank before i sleep. it will go to 100% and stop charging
the next morning i check the battery level. 100% down to 67% also got, 92% also got. dunno what is it doing at night while im asleep |

Guys.. need help here.. trying to update to watch is 3.1 but it seems to stuck at random.. it suddenly paused and won't continue download the update even when I'm on wifi..
What I've tried (i tried to update on each step before trying the other workaround) : 1. Unpair and pairing, 2. Restart both watch and phone, 3. Factory reset (AW) 4. Network Reset (iPhone) now the AW won't even start and stuck at the setup image (as attached) and phone still pausing the update after 10-30 mins running the update.. Attached thumbnail(s)
