G5 CS inform no charges incurr if cancell order since pre order has been delayed.

I did not cancel since Apple store oso take few weeks to deliver. Might as well wait till next week.
But CS mentioned in the email no charges incur.

your situation is same like me    initially 1st priority wanna buy the black/grey but out of stock then take 2nd choice black/volt. after that the black/grey stock is in again. thought of modifying but my bf prefer black/volt.. end up no need to change

also can't exchange since my bf prefer black/volt after i purchase lolz.
actually i bought 2. black/volt 42mm and black/grey 38mm 

out of my surprise...apple watch series 2 sold out most of the place..lol 

went to machines MV, gardens, Switch in the mines, leisure mall...semua xada

i tot iphone 7 ada high demand, but why apple watch ah? somemore not even a single colour available

when i contact g5, they told me stocks got issue. by next week only arrived to merchant.. so after next week only available to post out to customer.. omg

Rasa gatal nak cancel and sambar at apple shop.. huhu.. but its ok coz the 225 i use to buy third party nike band, milinese loop n dock for watch.. huhu still less than rm1750

yeah this is the price of saving rm225 (not the exact discount given also)  . i asked if by end of the month still haven't receive can i request to cancel. the cs mentioned yes and no cancellation fees incurred. this is the reply from the cs

  yeah i got this email also. i guess no matter how you shoot the conclusion also the same la. either wait or refund only sigh... later mid dec send out another email say after christmas due to festive season no stocks 

I'm giving up on this, very high possibility they will delay it again with due to festive season excuses. Regret didn't  just go and buy on day one.   

I got the email too. Never ever buying anything from Gemfive anymore. Whats the point of doing a pre order when they cant fullfill it. I think they got too many orders for the apple watch with the discount and i got a gut feeling they delay the delivery so we cancel the order and they save their money.

Because apple store delivery now for the aw nike+ is only 2-3 weeks. Will let this sit and cooldown during the weekend and decide whether to cancel and purchase from apple store.

what can we do beside make noise.. can complaint it to skmm?? seems like won't works as g5 can let consumer opt for cancellation and refund. also they mentioned ETA nov. no promise customer the date also..

if many customers cancel order, they also don't earn right? don't think they use such a cheap tactics though
