By the way, I was surfing online and apparently there's a car charger for Apple Watch on Amazon. It even has an extra USB port so you can charge your iPhone.

Hi,

May i know how long is the warranty for the charging cable ?

6 months or 1 year

I can't find the info at apple website

Thank you

TL;DR All Apple products carry a standard 1-year limited warranty, including accessories.

However, Apple accessories that are bought for and used with products covered under AppleCare extended warranty (like Mac or overseas iPhones) are also covered under that extended warranty. But if you buy it during the year, that power adapter is warranted for the full 1 year, even when your MacBook extended warranty has ended.

E.g. you have a MacBook covered under the 3-year warranty. If you buy an extra power adapter during your first year, that power adapter is warranted for as long as that MacBook warranty stands.

P.S. this also works with countries that require companies to have more than 1-year warranty (like UK or Australia)

Thanks for the info
So how do we claim warranty if buy from apple website ?

I have a faulty apple watch charging cable

Just bring it to any authorised service center. They will ask the serial number of your Watch because the replacement cost of the cable is covered under the Watch's warranty

The esim dependent to which country u bought the watch right?

I bought the watch in UK and the apple store staff stated the LTE will only work for UK telco.

Yes. The LTE modem in Apple Watch S3 doesn’t support roaming and is only configured for network technology used in the original country of purchase.
