Q : at what % of perfection do you keep the Pokémon?
A : 90%+ seems very solid. (IMO 80% and above should be good)

For instance I have a Blastoise with a good moveset but the IVs aren't great. Even if I go find a perfect Squirtle and save up 125 Candy I could end up with a horrible moveset. So at this point I don't think it's worth it.

Q : I ran out of Pokéballs. How can I get more?
A : You need to go a Pokéstop to get more Pokéballs. PokéStops are indicated on your map with blue icons. When you're close enough to interact with the icon, it will change shape. Clicking on the icon will then allows you to swipe the Photo Disc, which will generate items in bubbles. Tap the bubbles to collect your items! (You can also just exit the PokéStop once the items appear. They will be collected regardless). You can also buy them in shop.
Q : How do I battle with other Pokémon?
A : You can activate a battle by tapping the little boxing glove icon when you're close enough to the gym.
Q : How to add my Pokémon to a gym?
A : You can assign your Pokémon to a gym only if the gym is taken over by your team. Find your team's gym and once a spot opens up, you will see a
new icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. It looks like the Pokémon symbol with a plus (+) sign next to it
Q : I can't add my Pokémon to a friendly gym! Why?
A : The most likely cause of this is that all of the gym's slots are full, which means you will not be able to add another Pokémon until the gym is upgraded. Gyms can hold a number of Pokémon equal to the gym's level, so the gym in question is likely only level one, and its slot is already full. To increase a gym's level, you must win friendly "battles" (training) against the gym using only one Pokémon (as opposed to the usual six). Every time you beat a Pokémon at that gym, its prestige will raise, eventually leveling it up and adding another slot. At this point, you should be able to add a new Pokémon to the gym.
Q : Should I power up or evolve my Pokémon first?
A : You should evolve your Pokémon first, then check it's moveset. If it's good, you can power it up. If it's not, you still can power it up if you want to.
