Looks like I need to get new phone.. Takes longer to scan and detect spawns (I can see that a Mon is about to spawn), spinning pokestops takes longer, entering gym for battle slow.

Tbh, i would prefer if Msia gets better spawn rates. All hunters have to hunt, wait, and sometimes camp to get the mons we want (besides spoofers) atm. We spend hours and hours waiting - but elsewhere, if you look especially at the "nests", the spawn rate is way much higher than Msia.

I think it is not only important to get players that have dropped off back, but also to retain the current batch of players and new players into the game. One more thing that can keep the current group of players continuing to play is a workable tracking system (near future hopefully) and notification system for players to alert them of potential spawns to track (later part hopefully).

But yeah, pretenders will soon fade away. Probably some will be back for gen 2, some not. End of the day, such events do help the "true" players and probably attract some new attention. I hope they have more events like this in the future, especially the coming xmas. Only time will tell.

Lol... yeah, i agree that its a game that should be enjoyed. That's why i feel spawn rates need to be more frequent. Although i have joined the crowd in dataran, it is not a favorable place to hunt. At least make it in a park where people can incorporate other leisure activities besides hunting.

As time goes by, possibility people will be just waiting for event "promo" to play the game, which will be a sad sight. I have to say, i do like meeting people that like to chat and discuss about the game while hunting. I've been lucky to meet this group of people. On the other side of the spectrum, i have also bumped into people who are sour-faced and do not seem interested in any form of human interaction.

The second wave of players who are "collectors" might be dropping off soon once dex completed - possibility wait for gen 2. We will have lesser n lesser players.

If I'm not mistaken, Blizzard is the only move in PoGo that has a 0.0 second dodge window, making it impossible to dodge. However, some trainers found that if u still manage to reduce impact of Blizzard by 80% by performing that dodge move.

Me too. Alwiz kena. So I tried googling the topic of dodging blizzard. Got conflicting views. Most said the former, 0.0 sec dodge window, so impossible. Some claimed the latter.

Before u start lucky egg just test out one evolve to see if really give double xp for evolve. Although the notice did mention in-game action, rmbr during Halloween we didn't get double candy for evolving.

Do you rmbr the cp of your Golem prior to cp adjustment?

Yeah, for rattata only XS size counts, similarly for Big Magikarp, only XL counts.

Vapes attack really fast, with proper dodging can def take out 2k, 3k mons. Don't really care for the charge move. For defending gyms, water pulse the best, followed by aqua tail due to fast recharge.

Thanks! I target level 31 if I can do one more mass evolve. Event end, levelling up n stardust collecting will be back to slow. Wonder if they will have something similar for Xmas.

If you get a 700 - 800 cp Horsea, the seadra can be between 1,500 - 1,800 cp. That's kinda good considering it gets another evolution to Kingdra in gen 2.

Lol... 6-7 am is the best time... Foot traffic is low, spoofers are asleep. But that is my weekend time only.. Kpi 5-8 gyms depend on teams in gyms, weather and time get up. By 7.15am gym start to get taken down. Lol...

Weekdays, kpi is 2-4. Office area primarily. Latest to park in gym is 9.30 (esp Friday). Coins hard to earn... 10 gym = 100 coins = rm3 (approx). Time required 1 hour to 1.5 hours incl travelling time. Tbh, time cost not effective... Lol.

Blastoise isn't that great and recently got nerfed somemore. So, just take time to get a good one.

They are cool... but in my case, when u evolved a 95% iv squirtle to get a blastoise with Bite & Flash Cannon ....

I don't know about you, but my experience from using venusaur as and attacker against water types has been rather good (although they still lose out to Eggheads). Still to get one with VW / SB yet. This one aso targeting a wild one with around 84-88% iv but high cp.
