To be honest, i lost my faith towards Samsung. I use Samsung smartphone all this while until Note 7 launch and i couldn't stop myself from getting 1. The software experience is a little different i must say. I'm not a fanboy. I like how customizable android are as much as i like the how optimised and stable iOS is. I might switch to the Apple world this time. Apple do really catch up a lot with their iphone. Imagine 1 day if iphone have the same amount of RAM with other android flagship, Android doesn't stand a chance at all.
Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus caught my attention though.......

"The family was only stopping at home to drop off a desk and get back in the car to run more errands. As soon as Nathan looked back at his car, he realized it was on fire. Thankfully St. Petersburg’s Fire Department was able to put the flames out before the flames caught on anything else."

"Nathan’s car insurance will cover the cost of the car, but the Jeep owner’s insurance won’t cover the thousands of dollars spent on aftermarket modifications made to his car."

"Jeep owner’s insurance won’t cover the thousands of dollars spent on aftermarket modifications made to his car"

We all fucking know that any aftermarket modification of electronic is dangerous af. This is could be the failure of the car itself and not the Note 7. And he state that the family was stopping at home a while. Then come out whole car on fire? WOW so coincidence. Stupid guy can't afford car loan try to claim insurance. So fucked up

Why Samsung so noob one? doh.gif
Suppose need to change immediately and temporary replace other model of samsung device (as long as people still can get contact with you if they only have 1 device).

Somemore if wait until 29th Sept do replacement, I think more and more case battery explode will in Malaysia (just hopefully don't occur~ unsure.gif ) because some of people does not have other devices to replace and take high risk of their life continue use current device until 29th Sept.

Are you retarded? Do you want Samsung to rush and send out problematic Note 7 again? Please give Samsung some time to properly check through their devices before sent out for replacement. They don't want and they can't bear any mistake anymore.

Samsung should rush to collect all the Note 7 to reduce the explode case problem. (Take note this is worldwide) You want to see many people injury from news?

They can internal settle themselves to investigate the problematic of Note 7 devices. Customers are understand and let them take their times to settle for it, but NOT take high risk of their life still use that devices until end of this month for replacement.

If customers have their backup devices, then recommend to use back their devices for communication purposes.

If they dont have backup devices, samsung should provide temporary use of any samsung devices (at least people can keep in touch with you). If samsung currently don't have stock (for low-end devices), just provide the samsung voucher (for compensate purposes) to purchase other model of samsung devices for their customers.

FYI, You can surrender your Note 7 now if you feel insecure using it, dont have wait until the replacement date. And again, typical Malaysian, like to use this opportunity to take for granted. Come on, you are just buying the phone, not insurance. Samsung DOESN'T need to compensate you.
After reading all the comments in facebook, many of them compared with other country which allow for refund, or change colour, or change to S7edge. Different country have different policy. Please be grateful enough if Samsung want to replaced your Note 7 which probably working fine and wont have the battery issue.
Btw, most of the exploding case happened charging under hot sun, charging under pillow, charging while playing games, with a lot of heat. Electronic device need to breathe too. ANY phone, or battery would have explode under such heat if you are unlucky enough.
You are using a smartphone, an electronic device, so treat like one.

i'm on of those still with a powered up Note 7 though it's not being used actively.

i carry it with me all the time coz i dun wanna risk leaving it at home, in case it just catches fire and burns down my office. ditto as well for office.

and what i understand, this is a battery design flaw. ON or OFF, the risk is still there. so, might as well i leave it on while i carry it with me. i sometimes use it to take photos so i can compare it with my current temp phone... smile.gif

This is not the battery design flaw. Rather, it is manufacturing flaw. The battery cell design is not the problem that cause the battery to overheat and catch fire. It is the case that hold the battery cells.
