As per the Maxis CS explanation.. dunno true or not, they say wanna make sure how many units returned and submit report at least 1 week in advance to SME so that SME can allocate stock for 29th.. its a logistic issue to avoid not enough sets during 29th as this issue is nationwide and SME need to plan the distribution..

Loan us a J7? Sos? Does it apply for all Samsung units as I got mine from YES.

Anyone contacted YES already? When is the period to hand in the phone and we get to collect the replacement on the 29th?

I thought we can only return the Note 7 from Sept29 onwards only... didn't know we can return it now?

Wonder what's the procedure to ask for a temporary loaned phone? Wouldn't mind a S7 Edge but I'm sure I would have to return it back in the same exact condition as when I received it? What is the TnC and everything is in black and white?

Sent my phone to Samsung service centre to hold my Note 7 first and got a Samsung A7 as a loan unit for now...
