Anyone contacted YES already? When is the period to hand in the phone and we get to collect the replacement on the 29th?

I thought we can only return the Note 7 from Sept29 onwards only... didn't know we can return it now? Wonder what's the procedure to ask for a temporary loaned phone? Wouldn't mind a S7 Edge but I'm sure I would have to return it back in the same exact condition as when I received it? What is the TnC and everything is in black and white? |

Sent my phone to Samsung service centre to hold my Note 7 first and got a Samsung A7 as a loan unit for now...
