Shit already happened, they're tried to fulfill all those customers demand although some customers demand kinda errrkkkk....haha. Honestly, can't fulfil everyone's request and demand. Just put yourself in their shoes, you wouldn't know what to do as wellLooks forward for new replacement phone. The note7 in hands feeling really nice, my old s7e just collecting dust in my drawer. |

QUOTE(khainiz94 @ Sep 11 2016, 03:01 PM) That is why I am so bersyukur got free replacement. Plus with free screen crack protection, that already keep me being a loyal customer. The problem with SME is that they do not communicate with the customers properly. A lot of misinformation. Some say got loan phone, some not. Kalau saya jadi diorang pun marah jugak. Yea, i think too kelam kabut. This is one huge incident Samsung trying to handle. Not that easy though. If like Sony, just replace the battery and done with it. No compensation for all the troubles. And one missing screw Luckily they didn't just replace the battery. That's one i wouldn't hope to. |

QUOTE(azhar75 @ Sep 11 2016, 10:49 AM) Actually, considering the stigma that is now attached to the Note 7, that may not be such a bad idea..AirAsia is the latest to join the list of airlines announcing their concerns.. SEPANG, 10 SEPTEMBER 2016 - Following the recall of the Galaxy Note 7 mobile device by Samsung due to safety concerns over its battery, AirAsia and AirAsia X would like to inform all guests that the usage and charging of the device onboard all our flights are prohibited with immediate effect until further notice. All guests travelling on AirAsia and AirAsia X with a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 must turn it off until disembarkation from the aircraft. The device must not be kept in any checked baggage as well. Guests may approach any AirAsia and AirAsia X ground staff for further information about this new guideline with regards to the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 device. |

QUOTE(thugs @ Sep 11 2016, 04:13 PM) Yea, i think too kelam kabut. This is one huge incident Samsung trying to handle. Not that easy though. I agree with that. Luckily only 7000 units to handle. So the fiasco still uncontrollable. I hope this won't repeat again in the future. Samsung's image is now quite damaged badly.Luckily they didn't just replace the battery. That's one i wouldn't hope to. |

It's a good phone with Android os, s pen, great camera and video recording quality. Fast and snappy as enough for me.
Just hope they really have enough stock for replacement instead of first come first basis and we have to wait even longer than 29 sept. Plus, New batches is seem to be less problematic instead of 100% problem free right? Qc always have % of problem phone. Scare mine is good, Later exchange the defect one. Haha |

felt so guilty to surrender my phone, when the cs guy asked me what is the problem? i said no problem, at most, hang one time, most is abit heaty, feels abit uneasy as in securing the loan phone, where the phone seems just fine, and even he don't think that our note 7 will explode anytime soon.

But they already ask us all to surrender for our safety. Not that cs personel opinion matter .Samsung Just don't want take the risk and recall all phones and recheck the battery. Hope we all get the replacement one is also good and problem free as we using now. No exploding case in Malaysia right? Just reboot and motherboard failure only.
