Transacted USD264 with a forummer (claimed as verified account) on 27 June 2009.
Paypal held funds on 29 June 2009.
Question is what do I respond in resolution center? I can't post the selling page because it's not legal to sell funds, right?

Got a question to ask: Does iTunes Store require a verfified PP a/c?

My a/c is an US one n it isn't verified, when I try to purchase stuff on iTunes using PP, a msg says tat iTunes require me to hv a valid funding source...wat does it mean?

Oh ya tat time i hv $0.00 in my account. So isit the verification problem or no-cash problem?

Well, in my opinion, I think it's better for you to do both, must have fund and verified.
Eventhough if you have funds but not verified, there will transaction limit too...

I am just wondering is there any difference by using credit card and debit card to verify the account? is it verified by credit card will got more benefits? transaction faster? exchange rate lower? or it is same?? thanks

recently i got an e-mail from paypal saying that they just upgraded their system...no matter your account type is personal,premier or business...they will charge some fees for every funds you receive.is that true?

No just premier and business will charge fees.

But personal account have limited used

First you have to register the " Maybankard Secure Online Shopping Registration " on maybank2you.com there, and then later just go register paypal.

You just login your account, and then you check the right bottom of your page, and you will see " Utilities", "Request a Tac" "Cancel your atm card" "Maybankard Secure Online Shopping Registration "...

I got that already after I linked my debit card in paypal
but how do i get i verified? =/ since it's a paperless account..
