Hello i bought an iphone 3g from ebay with usd 460, but wat i get is a fake look a like china iphone. i have escalate and dispute to a PayPal claim. he reply me that the phone suppose to be an original phone that he ask his :supplier to sent to me"

depends on the sender's acc

if u send overseas/cross country.there will be a charge of 0.5 of total amount under personal
or if under goods there its a diff tax

yep... once you click accept, the funds will automatically credited into your pp account. You'll have to wait for a few minutes for the pp to update the account though.

My account currently is access limited and paypal told me that they will close my account and hold my money inside my account for 180 days. My account is verified with a virtual credit card. What if i change the virtual credit card to public bank VISA electron debit card, will i able to withdraw my money to my public bank debit card after 180 days?

once u already link a card to an acc and u try to delink and link to a new one also cannot, u need to write in to paypal and explain to them about it.

yup...i registered under paypal malaysia and two weeks ago they limit my account and open suspicous behaviour investigation on me even though i have no dispute/claim from other party before. I wait about 1 - 2 week for the investigation but paypal no further update on those investigation since two weeks ago, even other party involved in the paypal investigation had already reply to them. So i email to push on them to solve it quickly. But in return my payment to other party are force to reverse by paypal and they make final decision to close my account in just two weeks time and put in 180 days limitation. AND more important is they even no require i sent any verification documents to them and ask any single action from my side before make the such crap "final" decision to close my account.

I don't think the customer service center for paypal malaysia is really set in malaysia since they have no official service center at malaysia but only singapore...and thus i don't know where to complain with except with the crap cs through webform...their cs quality even worst than tmnut cs monkey. Maybe i can try direct phone call to service center at singapore and shout at them to try my luck...

I am thinking to buy Traveller's cheque or keep it in Paypal.

i do not knw well, correct me if im wrong. paypal linked with CC and withdraw from paypal acc using CC at atm will charge u 5usd..and i think it's apply globally. im not sure it is worth for your situation
