I personally think paypal is safe, but having cc/dc is not safe. Especially website like paypal and others online store that store the database of their users details including cc details. I feel it's actually safer with public bank visa electron debit card as we need to top up the card ourselves. If we lose it or the details are hacked, they only can spend what left in the card instead of cc which they can spend as much as they can below the limit.

Maybe he went to cybercafe, used some 'bad computer' that steal his personal logins?
Yea, last time, they only need our 16 digits of cc number to carding the cc in order to use the money, nowadays, mostly online services/store need vcc(the 3 codes behind) but i also heard that as long as they get the 16 numbers, vcc can be cracked.

Yes you can add password your Credit Card . Real credit card I mean . Go logon to your bank ( Maybank or anybank ) ... Mastercard or Visa ...Then add pw ... After that . Each time u purchase item on9 with ur credit card , before u get to finalise the payment , your bank will show up a page asking you to type ur password and verification code . << Pass this stage only complete payment.

Don't buy stuffs in CyberCafe ... Just do it at home.

Yes, You have to type in your password EVERYTIME you use ... NO matter where.

For any bank card I suppose . Even my ATM/Debit/EFTPOS can set password.

It's good if you have the password for credit card ... Even if people steal , They can't use it also.

So how are you finding paypal ? Good ? Purchase anything yet ? I'm still waiting for mine to be confirm ( My purchase , Not paypal ) .

Read a lot of reviews on the internet saying Paypal is good . A lot of people put in their Credit Card . No problem as well . I guess this helps you a bit ?

I also dont know what happened.
i woke up and checked my mail, then saw that email..

i think that person is trying to transfer thru atm
because if it's tru online, my online acc will be suspended and need to change new password..
yes, they do email.. i was suprised also..
they need me to re-activate my account
because they had blocked them when they detected the issue shakehead.gif
so, i login and i hv to wait for 2 mins for the tac sent to my mobile
after i validated it, it says, i can only make any transaction after 5.30pm today
in order to prevent any error..
