that could be later....who knows now?

but what we know now is Aman is sinking, at least few homes. Rimbayu mat rempit racing, ES grocery opened but some people aren't happied with it.

and everybody is 'happy' to use the bypass to get out of canal city to Elite via Saujana Putra???????

if you want to talk about other properties not within Canal City, suggest you make sure your own backyard is sparking clean first.

Canal city is a new township. Most people buy for its potential and because its new.
Land settlement is normal for new townships, especially with the first or second phase of the development. Only limited and selected houses affected. Last time, in places like Subang, Sunway, Setia Alam, Ara Damansara , Shah Alam, Puchong all also got land settlement especially when the townships were born. Same thing in those townships only limited and selective houses impacted. Buyers just need to make a proper home inspection before buying from existing owners.

Mat Rempit will also go away or lessened as the roads gets crowded and speed bumps and police presence being added. All those old townships I mentioned above also got Mat Rempit last time and even now also got.

Access roads, infrastructure will improve over time. Bridges are being built now over Saujana Putra roundabout, Kota Kemuning roundabout. WCE accessibility also will come over time. to help disperse the congested Elite highway traffics. Rail link/LRT//public transport plans are also under planning n discussion and will come with time in Canal city. Similarly, all those roads over old township like Subang eg NPE, LDP,Subang, Kelana link were not there when the township first started. They are being added over time and as it matured.

Nothing stays static, things will change and evolve over time.

I suggest you go back and ask yourself back your own question " if you want to talk about other properties not within Canal City, suggest you make sure your own backyard is sparking clean first."
Go and deal with your developer on your Ekocheras units first before u come and kpc on others.
I read in that forum, buyers are thinking of suing the developer. So kesian for buyers of EkoCheras. Good luck to u and other Ekocheras buyers yeah.

Really? You ‘moved on’ from your EkoCheras units mess?
I saw those brutal bare concrete, unfilled gap, ‘open ceiling’ , lousy scary lifts, leaking waters, flooded car basements, narrow corridors...I also ng hoi wai/dont feel good already. Those type of units, 50% off or free I also dont want. I wondered which stupid ‘shui yue’/water fish subsale buyers want to take over your units. :-) Yeah, only the stupid will believe u.

Perhaps, you write it off . Then yam kung lor/kesian lor. A few hundreds grand loss easily. It’s ok, its just money. No big deal for u lah, right?

I have no plan to move away from Canal city. What makes u think I want to do that?
Mine will be for long term and for own stay.
Bullish this area in the long term,(more than 5 years/10 years time line). Who cares about short term price fluctuations. I am not.

What I am saying is, land settlement issue is not unique to Canal City only. It can happen any where in Klang Valley and in all other townships. Even in your old neighbourhood Setia Eco Park, they have some land settlement issues there also. In BR, we know there are a few limited Chimes units affected. It is isolated and contained on a case by case basis. Developers are fixing and compensating owners. Last time, in places like Subang, Sunway, Setia Alam, Ara Damansara , Shah Alam, Puchong all also got land settlement issue when those townships first started. I personally have seen some of my friends units were affected by land settlement issues in places like Setia Alam, Bandar Sunway ,Subang and Puchong.
Subsale buyers just need to have proper home inspection before buying from existing owners regardless of which townships they choose to buy from.

WCE interchange is just next to the township lah. It is not 10km/15km away like what you have suggested lah.
Construction of WCE is in progress although a bit slow but it will be built and it will happen.

Why are you still lurking around in their forum and commenting every other day?

Too free? Attention seeking? Low self esteem?  hmm.gif

He make a fool of himself in EKC thread and he is trying to regain back his esteem by laying his "Droppings" in other people's thread, as usual.

I agreed to your said "thing will change and evolve over time". As i know, Canal City is getting more people's attention now for landed property, when people found out i am staying there, they are interested to ask how is my stay, house prices, traffics, school, environments, pro & cons etcs and thinking of buying property there if they can afford 2nd property.

Sure. Let's me go and promote this brand new landed luxury location with my 'heng dai' 'che mui' who plan to move out from HK.
I am very sure they will like a peaceful and 'affordable' location like here.

WanTanMee is overrated.
Your 'Bah Ku Teh' especially those in nearby Klang is so good.

I would say I love the food in HK, the shopping not bad, but the lifestyle... its like the extreme of Singapore and I dont like singapore..

People are packed like sardines, stress level seems high, everything too fast pace for me... getting old here.. so I'm more like you.. wind down and take life slower..

my HK friend,

I don't blame you....you are new to Malaysia and klang valley.

but please don't name calling me, this is the lowest of the low. throughout my posting, I never name calling anyone, we just debate based on known facts and info.

looks like you already immerse into the culture of name calling before even you settling in.

I just suggest you look at eco ardence. I didn't hard sell eco ardence. I didn't even talk about what plus points eco ardence has over canal city and I totally not vested in setia alam. you haven't been to eco ardence and you don't know any buyers there but you already made assumption of the buyer profiles there...…….

let me reminded you that one of your biz friends used to live in eco park. perhaps he was also same characters like me??? just saying. oh yes, I used to own two bungalows in eco park. perhaps not as rich as your biz friend but I wont sink my teeth in eco sanctuary or eco ardence for personal reasons.
