Canal city is a new township. Most people buy for its potential and because its new.
Land settlement is normal for new townships, especially with the first or second phase of the development. Only limited and selected houses affected. Last time, in places like Subang, Sunway, Setia Alam, Ara Damansara , Shah Alam, Puchong all also got land settlement especially when the townships were born. Same thing in those townships only limited and selective houses impacted. Buyers just need to make a proper home inspection before buying from existing owners.

Mat Rempit will also go away or lessened as the roads gets crowded and speed bumps and police presence being added. All those old townships I mentioned above also got Mat Rempit last time and even now also got.

Access roads, infrastructure will improve over time. Bridges are being built now over Saujana Putra roundabout, Kota Kemuning roundabout. WCE accessibility also will come over time. to help disperse the congested Elite highway traffics.  Rail link/LRT//public transport plans are also under planning n discussion and will come with time in Canal city. Similarly, all those roads over old township like Subang eg NPE, LDP,Subang, Kelana link were not there when the township first started. They are being added over time and as it matured.

Nothing stays static, things will change and evolve over time.

I suggest you go back and ask yourself back your own question " if you want to talk about other properties not within Canal City, suggest you make sure your own backyard is sparking clean first."
Go and deal with your developer on your Ekocheras units first before u come and kpc on others.
I read in that forum, buyers are thinking of suing the developer.  So kesian for buyers of EkoCheras. Good luck to u and other Ekocheras buyers yeah.

I agreed to your said "thing will change and evolve over time". As i know, Canal City is getting more people's attention now for landed property, when people found out i am staying there, they are interested to ask how is my stay, house prices, traffics, school, environments, pro & cons etcs and thinking of buying property there if they can afford 2nd property.
