Um... where else to drive to for a movie? Pyramid makes most sense/closest. Though i dont like TGV... expensive compared to GSC...

An Atria where u have some retail while the rest mostly food/pharma etc would be good. Currently lacking a decent concentration of comfortable dinner places in KK.

One City also slightly further compared to Pyramid...

As for performing arts... its really hard for me to imagine any shows/cultural stuff in Kuala Langat

Yea. I remember that Damansara Perdana aka Kampung Orang Asli Bukit Lanjan area very very ulu more than 20 years ago.
After highway is built ...ulu also become 'ong'.
Highway accessibility with the right surrounding population and demographics can make a ulu location boom.

I agree with u..I can see Gamuda 257 potentially built a KualaLangatPAC on their water front development based on what they plan to do with the 257 project. eg their plan to attract their target occupants.

Thats the problem... last weekend I go ES look at the condo... and ask about the WCE connection... the SA say unsure if there will be one...   

I hope we wont have another saga building for these ES houses.... like what happened to KK Park..

The houses adjacent to the park complain too many "public" walking around behidn their park (its a public lake/park what do they expect)... so they went and erected fencing which took extra 15~20' land behind the entire stretch of their house... and the corner house even better... took extra land bigger then his entire house including fencing up the public BBQ spot and amenities....

My point is these small empty places usually little can be done to spruce it up... unless the landscaping is very nice otherwise it will be just another piece of empty spot.

I rather they concentrate these land into 1 or 2 main areas and do it up nicely.... more usable and identifiable that way
