why only 1 unit got the name of the house owner while the another 1 without the name of the house owner?

So.....when are u buying your own unit at Canal city?

We are still looking around. Taking it slowly as we adjust to our new life here.
So far....my wife likes the Tropicana Aman Cheria Type B and the TA Dalia.
Gamuda 257 also not bad but it is more expensive.

Why is only 3? IJM Bandar Rimbayu also part of it?

Cheria Type B just VPed. So there will be subsale units coming up REAL soon.

If its upto me, I'll take the Dalia Semi D instead, thats much better in term of design/space

My Hongkie heng dai and chee mui can/are looking for landed property(proper semi-D and bungalow) above 2million ringgit only in accordance to the state law. Dont think Rimbayu have these type of homes. The other three (ES, TA, G257) have.

However, my wife is a Malaysian. Thus, the 2million ringgit rule does not apply to me.
We are looking for a proper semi-D or bungalow only. The Rimbayu Periwinkle semi-D is a cluster semi-D (not a proper semi-D). The Periwinkle, at 2267sqft max is a bit small for me. Even the Tropicana Aman Elemen new superlink terrace house at 3000sqft is bigger than the Rimbayu Periwinkle cluster semi-D.

I respectfully disagree with you on TA Dalia vs TA Cheria Type B.

Very good buy if you are ok with the area as own stayer.

For me, this is a very good deal at $880k.
I want to bid for this but too bad my other half/my wife just want a semi-D or bungalow.
She likes to have some side windows for natural sunlight into the house and some side land to do simple/minor DIY gardening.
Let me know if you see any ES Monterey or ES Grandezza available for auction in the future.
