Start by renting then buy.

Renting in ES for now while we continue shopping for our home in Canal city.
We really enjoyed walking at the Tropicana Lake and along the canal while watching the beautiful sunset.
This area is so serene and peaceful. We like it. It's much better than a chaotic HK or busy downtown KL city.
I heard they have another Tropicana lake opening in the future on the other side connected by walkways and canal.
Just a short drive away at the nearby Morib beach, the sunset is equally stunning too.

Life like this eg a nicely landscaped landed homes with good schools and within a short drive to the beach, seafood, various golf courses, and airport are impossible to attain for most average HK folks.

I agree with you , the built-in air filter and air tight home will be very handy during hazy seasons.
I will do some research on the Puretech air filter system.

I would say I love the food in HK, the shopping not bad, but the lifestyle... its like the extreme of Singapore and I dont like singapore..

People are packed like sardines, stress level seems high, everything too fast pace for me... getting old here.. so I'm more like you.. wind down and take life slower..

I am sure, sooner or later, there will be plenty of real rats for u to catch at your or your 'yee mah ku che' punya Ekocheras.
Lots of crack concrete openings, raw unfinished industrial walls plus 'free waterfalls' for those rats to happily run around, multiply and breed in the building.

and everybody is 'happy' to use the bypass to get out of canal city to Elite via Saujana Putra???????

if you want to talk about other properties not within Canal City, suggest you make sure your own backyard is sparking clean first.

Setia Eco Park sinked worse, Setia Alam too... Thanks to EW police, mat rempit hardly seen, setia alam even more now. setia alam also a lot klang meru kapar etc people happy to use the bypass to nkve...

so everywhere is same, but u really care about canal city... everyone know.
