There is definitely a quality control issue on Exynos processor Note 7.

5 out of 7? That's "impresssive".

Based on my observation, there's more than 20-30ish lowyat forumers in here who have issues with their Note 7. Not to mention those who complained in Samsung facebook and other social platforms, plus those customers (not lowyat forumers) who walked in to SC. If all numbers add up, god know how many victims out there.

Also, I know there's still got many users who don't have any issues with Note 7 at this moment. But who can tell if this will stay permanently? As we already knew, the pre-order batch definitely have some issues going on. Holding a Note 7 now is like holding a time bomb. You will never know when it will go hay wire.

I know someone would say every product line would have defective units. Just accept the god damn fact and move on. Haters will always be haters, etc etc. But don't you guys think it's kind of ridiculous to see so many cases after Note 7 released? I don't know if the olders generations also had the same history or record. But I am sure there's whole lot of issues in Note 7 compared to the predecessor Note 5. This is certainly not a pleasant thing for me to swallow.

Don't get me wrong. I also love Note 7 (I am also a Note 5 user). But honestly, this is not really a good time to buy or switch to Note 7, unless Samsung show us the proof that they already fixed all the issues after they first launch in Malaysia.

Sorry for the long speech. Just a bit of ranting from the Note series lover.

seems like people faced some overheating issue. then hang. restart multiple time. lastly totally dead..

it's always that steps. as the days goes by, more and more users are reporting the same thing.

well, if UI is causing these bootloop... then... well, it's more a ROM/ software issue and not something that a motherboard change will fix.

and if anything, i'd think SD version more likely to have issue since it's a new chipset for Samsung.

so, dunno la... i guess it really depends on luck for now.

note 5 also have bugs issue last time but they manage to solve it.. but some users still experience it...

thats why i always ignore software updates.. be it firmware or major update.. it sucks...

GG overheat issue ar? I put my phone on charge via laptop and play game on it at least for 10 hours per day (at least 8 hours of non stop screen on gaming time)...will it suddenly cause problem to me ?

dun forget its actually the same processor on S7 series.

if anything, the SD820 is the "new" processor for Samsung.

so, really dunno what went wrong here... unless somehow it's the storage module that Samsung is using on this phone...

first batch vios hav root issue, engine knocking, lower arm knocking sound and many more.. sell in after few months usage

from here i never buy any first batch product liao. be it phone car or any items.. haha..

Same here, I'm like 50/50 between Samsung and Asus. All this recent news about boot loops, faulty mobo. Software bugs I can forgive, but hardware is another thing.

After going through all comment in forum, i am scare that my note 7 will have problem as well...Still oversea now, yet to go back to kl to test my preordered 1st batch note 7...God bless.
